I belong to the Holy Family Institute which is part of the Pauline Family founded by Bl. James Alberione. The HFI members are made up of Catholic couples and widowed who draw inspiration from the Holy Family of Nazareth, our model, light and source of grace. As consecrated couples and widowed, we welcome the gift of the vows of poverty, conjugal chastity and obedience. All Paulines come together in prayer, Eucharistic adoration and our mission is to evangelize through the mass media. As a mother of 6, I currently started a mobile bookstore mainly for children and carry a small selection of music CDs, books, bibles, movies and sacramentals. Most products are in English, Spanish and French but I also have a few books in Portuguese. The New Testament I have in most languages for under $12. Your efforts have to be commended and it is so nourishing to have the knowledge that your family apostolate is born out of the need to counteract the perilous times we live in. I am so blessed to have received the Veggie Tales and the St. Benedict sacramental which are of tremendous value to my little one in his faith formation as well as for us as a couple. Thank you too for the Catholic Lighthouse CD. We got everything we needed in such a short amount of time! Now we can connect in a special way with the Paulines during adoration using the prayer book written by Sr. Marie Paul. I have long waited for this day in my heart...God bless you |
